Eating Breakfast

Brianna grabbed the last rasberry filled powder donut and ate the whole thing for breakfast.

Kylee and Olivia were talking about what they wanted to be for Halloween. Olivia said she wanted to be Dorthy from Wizard of OZ and Kylee loved the idea of being the Lion or Wicked Witch. Kylee couldn't stop laughing at the excitement of it all.

Pioneer Day Parade

Olivia with her scripture bag using it to collect candy.

Ethan boy looking for the free candy to rain down from heaven.

"I SAID... Bring the candy!"

Brianna ate a ton of candy. She ate all the candy she had and tried to take candy from Kylee and Olivia. Kylee screamed her head off and Brianna ran away from her. Olivia took a more dipomatic approach and talked Brianna into putting the candy back, which Brianna did.

That night we camped out in Nate's backyard in a tent. We had corn on the cob, steak, and a sausage dip for chips. We had a problem or two going to Macey's for drinks and paper plates. The first time we went down there we accidently scraped the car next to us when we pulled in to park. We gave the insurance info and left. Then we decided to return to take some quick pictures (just in case). After we took the pictures I decided to lock my camera in the car. We went inside to buy some paper plates and when we got out I had locked my keys in the car. The police came and helped us break in. All in all we had a good time.

More Temple Pictures

This is everyone that went. One of the voluteers took this picture, not bad!

Memre played this game the whole time we were together. She would watch for people to make eye contact and when they did she would smile the biggest smile she could muster. Very cute girl.

Oquirrh Mountain Utah Temple

Grandma Gause with the Kiddos. Thanks for looking at the camera mom. The girls need some work.

Our little family

Grandma witht the Kiddos again.

There were a lot of people going through the temple the same time we were. The group in front of us had a dad that had the same colored pants as me and the same white shirt. Through out the tour Olivia held his hand once and my mom almost did the same.

We thought it would be nice for Olivia to see the inside of the temple. She was most impressed with the celitial room's chandelier. Both her and her cousin Tate whispered to each other "It's a Star! Look at the Star!"

They had cookies and water at the end and the kids liked that the best. We went to a chinese restuarant afterwords and mom mom bought dinner for everyone. Thanks mom!

Crossing the Bridge

Having fun in the cool canyon.

Brianna is working on her runway walk and grandma is trying to make sure she doesn't fall off the bridge.
John and I went for a bike ride down Santaquin canyon. It's always better ride your bike downhill instead of climbing.

Playing at the resivoir

We wanted to canoe at the resivor but the scouts still had my dad's canoes. We took the windsurfer out but couldn't find the keel so it became our boat. Olivia looks like she sees something scary a little ways off.

Tammy said my full body wet suit makes me look curvy like a woman and that she didn't like that. Next time I'll wear shorts over it!

Brianna & Kylee Kitesurfing

Brianna loves to surf in the kitchen. She started off holding her teddy bear and shopping basket.

Go Nana!

Kylee thought it looked like fun so she had to give it a try

Even Tammy had to give it a try.

Our Summer Vacation in Coeur d 'Alene and Yellowstone

Matt had off work the whole week before July 4th so we decided to take a trip up to Idaho to visit his sister Mary and her family. They live up in a beautiful part of Idaho where it is very green and there is an awesome lake close. So we spent the days at the lake swimming and fishing. We also went rock climbing and celebrated Parli’s 5th birthday. It was a fun trip and the kids loved having their cousins to play with all day long. Thanks to Mary and Jared for making it a fun trip.
On the way home we decided to take a little detour for a couple of days and visit Yellowstone. We stopped in there when I was little and we were moving from California to Missouri but I hadn’t been back so I was excited to go see it again. We got to see Old Faithful right as it went off. We also saw buffalo, deer, a bald eagle, and two black bears. Here are some pictures from the trip.
